God Knows All Your Secrets

Hello Readers & Followers,

I hope your week is going on well and I hope the weather is lovely where you are. In England, the weather is sunny and I'm enjoying the sunshine. Whenever it's sunny, I'm always quick to spread our clothes outside for the lovely weather to dry all the clothes. Do you like it when it is sunny? Is there anything in particular that you enjoy doing when it is sunny?

This week's article is to remind you that God sees what you are doing in secret and He will reward you for all that you do (Matthew 6:4).

As a Christian, I have noticed that a number of Christians are blessed and rewarded by the Lord for what they have done in secret. Their godly kindness, their sacrifices, their giving, the love of God that they demonstrate towards others, amongst many other things. God rewards them all.

As Christians, while our focus for showing the love of God should not centre on the rewards, I'd like to encourage you to know that God does reward the act of kindness that you show to others. When you show kindness to those that won't necessarily show the same kindness to you. When you demonstrate God's love to people through your actions. God rewards them all.

When God rewards, He goes above and beyond as He gives freely. Romans 8:32 says "Since He did not spare even His own Son but gave Him up for us all, won’t He also give us everything else?" God can give you everything that you need. He can grant you good health, He can grant you $1million, £500,000, you can be mortgage-free with the help of God. If God can give us His only son, what can't He give us?

Click here to read different Bible verses about being rewarded for good works. You may be asking yourself "Is it biblical to do good works?" Yes, it is. The Bible says in Ephesians 2:10 that "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." This scripture is teaching us that we have been saved by grace through Jesus Christ but we have been created to do good works.

It is my prayer that the Holy Spirit will expand this teaching in your heart in Jesus' name, Amen.

I love hearing from you in the comment section. Please take a minute to say ‘hello’ by leaving a comment. Also, please let me know your takeaway point from reading this article.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Yours in Christ,
